I confirm that I understand and accept that:
• Swimming and use of pool facilities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.
• The pool is used entirely at my own risk and that of my guests.
• There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.

2. Health Declaration

• I and all members of my party are fit, able, and competent to use the pool safely, or will take appropriate precautions.
• Any medical conditions that may affect safe use of the pool have been considered.

3. Supervision Responsibility

I agree that:
• I am fully responsible for the supervision and safety of all persons in my group.

Where no qualified lifeguard or trained individual is present:
• Children under 16 will be directly supervised at all times
• A minimum ratio of 1 competent adult to 4 children (4:1) will be maintained
• Supervising adults will remain poolside with constant visual contact

4. Safety Compliance

I confirm that I and all guests will:
• Follow all posted safety rules and instructions
• Not engage in unsafe behaviour (including running, diving, or rough play)
• Comply with all signage and verbal instructions

I understand that:
• Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that:
• Four Oaks Pool shall not be liable for:
• Injury, accident, or loss arising from use of the facilities
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• I accept full responsibility for:
• My own safety
• The safety and conduct of all members of my group

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law

• Pay for any damage caused to the property or facilities by myself or my guests
• Indemnify Four Oaks Pool against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
• My breach of these terms
• My failure to supervise guests properly

• The pool is unmanned and unsupervised by staff
• I am responsible for ensuring:
• Emergency procedures are understood
• A responsible adult is present at all times
